Cecilia first stepped on a yoga mat in 2011 and has been practising yoga since then. Her practice has supported her journey to find strength and equanimity. She has practised in Asia and Europe throughout the years and has met a lot of amazing teachers and friends along her yoga path.

Influenced by her studies and practice, Cecilia teaches energetic and fun flows with a grounding element of alignment. She guides students to pay attention to detail alignment and actions throughout the asana practice. By focusing on the detailed actions, every physical self-adjustment becomes a self-awareness and every self-awareness becomes an opportunity to stay mindful at the present moment. This is what Cecilia has discovered in yoga and it helps her to take good care of her emotions and being.

Cecilia completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Patrick Creelman in 2021. She is currently doing a 300-hour Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training with Jason Crandell.


Hatha Yoga Class

Weekly Hatha yoga with Cecilia. This class will give you a grounded sensation and prepare you for the upcoming week. We will be using yoga blocks and yoga belts in our practice. All levels of practitioners are welcome.


Flow and Restore Yoga

This nourishing class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class and a deep, relaxing restorative to release the mind and body stresses. Short meditation and breathing exercise will also be included. Perfect for calming the mind and cultivating your presence.
