Our aim is to bring the mental and health benefits of Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness Meditation to widest range of people.
We welcome all levels of fitness and abilities, as well as different body size and shape - You don’t necessarily have to be young, fit or flexible to join our classes!
In fact, many of our teachers and regular students are not your usual athletic types and we have broad range of abilities and age groups coming along.
The owner of Bristol Yoga Centre, Naomi says that she ‘believes it’s really important that the class is open to everyone and not just the selected few. Yoga is more about connection and a feeling of wholeness, than achieving certain poses - it should be inclusive and welcoming for everybody’.
Our classes are open to all levels of students including beginners. We recognise that everyone was once a beginner and if you enjoy the practice, you’ll naturally begin to feel the difference sooner. To help, we’ve ensured that our class sizes are smaller so that you can receive more personal attention.
If you have injuries, medical issues or disabilities, please get in touch with the teacher before the class. Our teachers are friendly and highly experienced and they should be able to give you further advice. We also have specialist classes such as therapeutic and gentle yoga as well as mindfulness meditation that you might want to try.
To make our classes more accessible, we offer concessions, community classes and have affordable payment options. If you’re struggling financially please get in touch and we will be able to offer further discounts or free classes.
Our dedicated teachers are bringing inspirational classes from their home to yours! Bristol Yoga Centre teachers are highly experienced and can accommodate all levels of students including beginners. Plus, our classes are friendly and smaller so you’ll be in safe hands.

We offer quality Pilates classes at the Bristol Yoga Centre. Pilates is a great way to keep the body strong and flexible. Our teachers are fully qualified teachers and have extensive experience in teaching. Here are our Pilates classes:

Thanks to all of you who’ve supported our studio through this challenging year by continuing to attend our classes and to those of you who have sent in kind and thoughtful emails. It means a huge amount to us all.
We're restarting our online classes from Sunday 3rd January with lzzy’s Yin and Yoga yoga class at 17:30 - 18:30pm. We’ve made some changes to our timetable and Ajia is starting a new Pilates class on Tuesday evening from 18:00 - 19:00pm. Unfortunately, we can't re-open our studio yet but we'll let you know soon as we can. Please sign up to our newsletter if you like to be kept informed of any news.
We’re closing over the Christmas and New Year to give our lovely teacher some well deserved break . Most of our classes will end on 20th December and restart from 3rd January 2021. Please see our schedule for more details.

We’re introducing a shorter 45 minutes yoga online class from next week! Ideal for people who want to fit in some practice during their lunchtime break.
