Enjoyable 3 hour Yoga and Dance Workshop on Sunday 22nd September from 10:00 - 1:00pm with Claire Robertson.
This workshop provides a safe, honourable and structured space to learn delicate and beautiful dance sequences, deeply nourishing Yoga techniques and the emotional/psychological skills to honour your highest regard in your daily environment.
Claire is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga teacher (level 3) and trained to a degree standard in dance & religious studies (Level 4 qualified) where Pilates was a foundation for strength and stability. She has previous experience working in dance support, care environments, and anxiety management.
She teaches Yoga, Pilates and Dance at Bristol Yoga Centre on Monday morning at 7:45 - 8:45am, Thursday at 12:45 - 1:45pm and Friday at 7 - 8:15pm.
